Love Seat Sofa in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas

Love seat sofa like new, has barely been used. The covering is suede/leather like material. It is easy to clean. Arm to arm the sofa is 63" long, the seat is 24 inches deep, it is 37" wide and 37" high at the back.
The arms have nail heads decorations on the front of the arms. Sale includes two matching pillows as shown in pictures.
I am asking $275.00 dollars are first sensible best offer. This sofa needs a new home, I bought the whole set at Home Zone and do not have room for this piece.
